Twin screw extruder replacement parts in segment design wear-resistant material
Screw kneading block built on modular principle allows various L/D ratio of screw easily be changed to suit different material. Screw component made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 (it's a kind of high-speed too-steel), the hardness of screw elements is HRC58-62, and able to be changed according to process requirements.
Modular principle design makes the screw elements can be replaced by new parts if they were wearing away during use.
